Ingredients
3 eggs
2-3 Tablespoons sugar
2-3 Tablespoons Cointreau, to
taste
1 Tablespoon butter
Directions
Beat together eggs, sugar, and
Cointreau until smooth. Melt butter over stovetop then add egg mixture to pan.
Stir constantly with a wooden spoon, gently shaking the pan at the same time.
Stop shaking pan when just a little liquid remains on top and leave on heat for
a few seconds. Serve immediately.
