Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 Tablespoon sugar
Directions
Chill bowl and beaters in freezer
for ten minutes before preparing. Whip cream alone in bowl. Just as peaks are
starting to form, add in extract and sugar then continuing whipping. Stop
before mixture turns into butter.
Should you accidentally make
butter, find someone willing to donate his or her body to being finger-painted
with a sweetened, flavored buttery mess. This is all in the name of science, of
course. It should be fairly moisturizing, too.
